Fitness Assessment

The fitness assessment is an in the gym, in-person meeting. This is where we establish your current fitness level. First we perform some basic measurements to have a base point, including measurement of weight, height and body fat percentage. We move on to an analysis of your cardiovascular level and recovery rate. We will also conduct upper and lower body muscular strength testing; followed by muscular endurance testing. Lastly we test your muscular flexibility. We incorporate the most current protocols in fitness assessments, to determine exactly what level with which to begin your fitness program.

We also perform athletic performance assessment in preparation for sports specific training.
