Welcome to the Warrior Dash Preparation Page for the "Just a Dash" team! You will find a basic running program to use if this is your "first time" or a "beginner". I will be adding training programs / tip, along with various other pertinent data for your "Dash Experience". Check the page as it will be updated periodically.
