Warrior Dash Prep

Welcome to the Warrior Dash Preparation Page for the "Just a Dash" team! You will find a basic running program to use if this is your "first time" running the Dash or a "beginner" runner. I will be adding training programs / tips, along with various other pertinent data for your "Dash Experience". Click on the obstacles below to hyperlink to the Warrior Dash website to see a description of the obstacle and their training tips to conquer it. Check the page as it will be updated periodically.
